Rich is an executive coach for Leamon Group, Inc. and has spent 34 years in the information technology industry. He has held senior sales and corporate officer positions with AT&T, SBC, and Keynote Systems and focused his sales responsibilities on Fortune 100 customers. At SBC, Rich served as President of Global Accounts in Dallas, Texas, and was responsible for SBC's largest accounts nationwide. These customers generated over $1 billion in annual revenue. He currently serves as an Advisory Board Member, Temporary Chief Operating Officer and Sales Vice President for IP Networks, a partner of Pacific Gas and Electric located in San Francisco.

Rich believes strongly in the importance of leadership and the art of developing commitment versus compliance in employees. He knows that competency alone cannot create leaders. Rich strives to inspire and create a compelling picture of the future in order to develop high performance organizations and help them thrive in today’s uncertain business environment. Early in his career with AT&T, Rich was recognized as one of 12 "best bosses" worldwide.

Rich has recently served as an Advisory Board Member with the University of San Francisco Business School, and is now consulting with the University of Oregon Lundquist School of Business, his alma mater. He and his wife Linda currently live in Bend, Oregon.
