Bruce Leamon is the president of Leamon Group, Inc. He has a gift for drawing out the best in people and teams. He specializes in working with executives and small groups, leading them to the next level of personal and professional development. Bruce draws from his experience as an instructor and administrator at two private liberal arts universities and as a regional executive with AT&T for 20 years. He consistently developed his teams into top performers, regularly honored by senior AT&T management. Bruce was recognized as a leader who could effectively communicate expectations and obtain results with diverse people and teams. He facilitated complex corporate alliances and led multiple task forces on far-reaching transformation efforts.

Bruce earned a master’s degree in administration from Michigan State University. He is certified as a coach by The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, the country’s premier coach training institute. In addition, Bruce is certified as a People Skills facilitator by The Effectiveness Institute and is certified as a Fierce Conversations facilitator by Susan Scott, author and president of Fierce Conversations, Inc. He is a member of the International Coach Federation, The American Counseling Association and the Pacific Northwest Organizational Development Network. Previously, he served on the executive board for Big Brothers & Big Sisters of King County, the board of directors for the Richard Karn Foundation and the board of directors for The Bellevue Philharmonic Orchestra. Bruce lives in Washington state.
