Mary McKeever Utley is an accomplished, passionate, and courageous executive coach, consultant, and trainer. Her primary focus is on moving organizations and individuals to their next level of excellence. She accomplishes this by helping clients develop their personal and professional effectiveness and expanding their leadership capacities for optimal success.
During the last decade, Mary has designed and implemented leadership training sessions focused on employee development, communication, conflict management, and team building. She brings a calm determination to her work, values open communications at all levels, and fosters collaboration and commitment from every individual on a work team.
Mary received a Masters degree in managing and consulting from Bastyr University and is a registered Washington State counselor. Her experience includes running her own business, holding numerous supervisory and lead training positions for a major airline, and serving as marketing and sales strategist for a seminar company and a real estate training program.
Clients include both the public and private sector and not-for-profit organizations, including PUD Snohomish County, Leadership Kitsap, The Attorney General's Office, The Department of Revenue, Town and Country Inc., The Russell Family Foundation, The Department of Health, Carolina Capital, Environmental Protection Agency, and Department of Ecology.
Mary is a certified coach through the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara. Having over 1,200 hours of coaching, she has attained her Professional Coaching Certificate (PCC) rating endorsed by the International Coach Federation. She is qualified to administer the Learning In Action EQ Assessment and the Leadership Circle 360 Feedback Inventory. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, Northwest Hudson Institute Coaches Association, and the American Counseling Association. Mary lives in Washington State.
