Leamon Group provides corporations and organizations with the tools they need to develop, grow, and transform current and new executives into increasingly powerful, driven, and
visionary leaders. One strategic and tested example is our Executive Coach Development
Program, or ECDP.
ECDP includes an initial consultation based on the common needs, vision, and agenda of
the organization and its leaders. A series of tailored assessment tools are used to determine
the individual areas of development needed for each person as well as the collective areas of
development needed for the group.
Through this educational process Leamon Group gains a clear understanding of the current
corporate status, identifies the team vision, conducts a gap analysis to determine what skills
and training are needed, and establishes a time line and strategies to achieve goals. Additional
components may also include increased communication, diversity, conflict resolution,
team building, value structure, organizational objectives, and focus and prioritization.
After the initial group program, 1:1 coaching sessions become the key tool of leadership
development. Clients and coaches connect at pre-determined intervals either in person or via
phone. A number of learning tools are used, including verbal and written 360-degree
interviews with the client’s choice of current or former employers, peers, friends, and
colleagues. Often this information is remarkably helpful in determining how the client acts
and thinks in a variety of situations. These comments are also of paramount importance in
helping clients understand how they present themselves to the broader world.
At the end of the corporate contract another group meeting is facilitated with the hosting
organization to review impact, clarify any ambiguities, and chart a new course with new
layers of action items. At this time the organization may renew its contract with Leamon
Group and bring additional executives or clients to the table to begin a fresh ECDP process.

CUSTOMER COMMENT |
“Bruce's greatest strength is his breadth of experience in counseling, business organization, and real world experience. No one I'd met previously had been able to integrate the psychological dynamic of business interactions with "real world" interactions.
“Bruce enables the client. He teaches how to stop, rise above the situation by "taking a balcony view" and step away from the situation to see what's going on. He allows a person to see how their individual behavior affects a business situation.
“The outcomes I've experienced are a completely changed attitude about the work environment and an actual interest in the human of the workplace.
“I have experienced a huge measure of satisfaction… a 180 degree turnaround from disgruntlement to personal challenges.”
